Garl Vinland X Astraea

Ok, so I've noticed that the internet is lacking in alot of Demon's Souls fanart.
Garl Vinland is one of my all time favorite characters in this game, and whilst perusing youtube, I read a request to make some fanart for Maiden Astraea and Garl Vinland. I got a compositional idea in my head, and that gave me enough incentive to take my drawing skills on to the next level.

This is basically a pre-corruption scenario of the couple entering the Valley of Defilement for the first time.

Also, I know the details on Garl's Dark Silver Armor aren't correct, and he's missing his shield and the Brand. The background sucks too >.<''
